The Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) leverages information technology to support its functions and duties in land management across Indonesia. The Data and Information Center (Pusdatin), as the IT management unit, is responsible for providing accessible, fast, comprehensive, accurate, and regularly updated information on land affairs, spatial planning, and sustainable agricultural land for the government, businesses, and the general public.

To achieve this, regular application updates are necessary to align with users' needs in the field. These updates follow the DevOps concept, which integrates Development and Operations. DevOps is an IT work culture that promotes the development of high-quality software with enhanced reliability.

These phases run automatically and continuously to produce reliable, bug-free software. Implementing CI/CD helps reduce the workload of developers by automating development processes and improving time efficiency.

The adoption of CI/CD in ATR/BPN’s systems also supports the implementation of Electronic-Based Government Systems (SPBE) with an effective and secure approach. Effectiveness refers to the system’s ability to improve service quality, productivity, performance, and efficiency, while security ensures early bug detection, resulting in bug-free applications with robust security.
